New speakers not working on Windows 10 computer

We just bought a Windows 10 desktop cpu. So I thought I should have some speakers this time. I bought a set of speakers by Cyber Acoustics (Model # CA-2014) but my pc doesn't recognize it? Could it be that Window 10 pc's don't recognize this brand of speakers? If not, how do I get my pc to recognize these speakers.

There shouldn't be any need to do anything other than plug it into the proper port on the PC.

Have you tried the speakers with any other compatible device? Does your computer have the right soundcard drivers installed?

There are many possibilities to fix this issue... You can firstly you can troublehsoot speaker setting and can fix the issue or get the real reason for this problem.
In most of the cases, restart is also can be a major option to fix this issue. Still your speaker not working check your speaker's wire and re-plug again. Finally, check your sound device driver and their version. If an update is required, do it first.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Check Windows Update and the laptop manufacturers support site for drivers also.
