New to W10Mobile: outlook will not sync

My 1520 updated to Windows 10 mobile yesterday.
For the most part, everything made it through the transition OK, although I don't have a 'games' collection tile anymore.

I have 3 email account tiles: one yahoo, one pop, and one my outlook account.
The yahoo and pop accounts I have set to update on manual sync (I open the tile and hit the sync button).
Outlook is set to "Download new content as items arrive" .

However, Outlook does not update. The newest email I have on my phone is from several days ago, and I have received many emails since them. My laptop outlook works fine. Even if I manually sync, it just says 'updating' forever but nothing ever changes.

Please help! I really need to get this fixed!
