My phone updated yesterday. AT&T USA. Now my start screen is stuck on more tiles, and the settings in the start+theme are gone?

I called BLU, They were very nice, asked me to reset phone. I did this off the phone. It did not fix it? Any ideas?

This OS update removed the option for just two tiles.
