New update for 830 and now I lost my data connection!

I did my update and everything seems fine on my L830.

My phone did an update this morning and is now showing:

OS version 8.10.15148.160

I can't see any noticeable difference between this version and whatever one I was on before. My wife also had an update on her inferior 530 but once again, no difference. I'm really hoping that this is in prep for Windows 10 for the phones. Wouldn't that be nice?

I've had the same issue since my Nokia 830 was automatically updated this past weekend - no cellular data connection on 4G or LTE with AT&T. After 3 attempts with ATT I finally resolved the issue thanks in part to these forums. When I mentioned to the ATT rep that a store rep fixed another phone by resetting the APN, she directed me to my APN settings (settings...cellular + SIM...SIM settings...edit APN) and entered the word 'phone' (no quotes) in the APN field. We did not edit any other field (all others are blank except Authentication type is PAP (non-editable). Another reboot of the phone and I was connected to data again! I should note that prior to editing the APN the ATT rep asked me to reboot the phone so she could do something on her end, so the solution may have been a combination of what she did and this APN setting.
