Just give It a few tries the update now has better improvements, happy with this one, still needs a few improvements, multitouch isn't a 100% yet

Try using a matte screen protector as suggested by other users. It is, however, only a temporary solution.

Buttery smooth on first day Will update again.

As this has a lifespan of about one week, reckon it will resurface. So, reckon screen protector is a better long term solution.

My conclusion is, it's a hardware (screen surface) issue.

Of course it's a hardware issue, as stated on the on other thread: MS are replacing touchpanels by new ones. That's why my advice is to make it repair under warranty, instead of using protectors, etc. Of course, if there's a national Nokia/MS Care service.

I can register up to 5 fingers, 2 fingers get as close as I want without being confused, the colors are more vivid, the screen has no longer that "greasy" appareance, etc.

And yes, it lasts and it's no placebo effet

Hmmmm..... Lasted one week. The irritating you touch issue is coming back.

Touch screen issue is gone after i put glass guard on screen, and matte screen guard on glass guard.

Here's something that should answer questions about the 15114 firmware update for the Lumia 535 - the update being referred to in this thread.

I've contacted Microsoft and here's their response to my query. My question was: "For the Lumia 535 (Single and Dual SIM), was Firmware Rev # 02063.00000.15114.43004 an attempt to fix the screen issues?"

Their response:

In the link they gave, the first bullet under "What's new in this release" states: "Touch screen performance improvements". Note however that this is the "latest software release for Lumia 535 Dual SIM... Lumia Denim (02063.00000.15114.430xx/8.10.14234.375)".

When i go to a service Center, those worker says to me that i have to pay for update my phone.
they were not working with my phone. only reset my phone.
i m not happy with Microsoft Mobile.
