New Update Windows Phone 8.1 Preview

Here is a new update for Windows Phone 8.1 Preview. Go in Settings > Update Phone and update new Windows Phone 8.1 Preview.

The latest update messed up my 1520 pretty good. No issues before, but now I experience a lot of freezing. When the screen is locked and I unlock it, it happens frequently they I get a loading screen and the phone just freezes up, resulting in a soft reset. Not too happy with the latest piece of upgrade

On my Lumia 520 it work fine. It is better then previous Update. The system is more stable and run faster.

since the new update, I haven't been able to load xbox music despite numerous restarts, resets, etc. it just shows the app start screen, switches to a black screen with "loading" on top, and never actually loads. not being able to access my music is pretty ridiculous.

however, the podcast app actually has been syncing right, so I guess there's that. battery life is still terrible and everything lags.

I hope performance on the 520 improves by the time the final update comes out. I don't want to switch devices but this is really forcing my hand.

I installed an app called music hub tiles which seems to access the old music hub. So I got my music back that way at least.

I tried that and says my phone is up to date ... i am on a 520 ...

If you have a warranty on the phone and if you update it, you lose warranty.

If you not have warranty, for this Update you need make account for developer.

strangely my situation has gotten better since i posted that comment here

xbox music finally loaded after a few minutes of loading and it's been ok after that initial load

battery life is still poor, but having music back makes it much more bearable. it also doesn't seem to be lagging as much.

Also bear in mind the xbox music app has had an update in the last day or so.
