new windows phone for verizon????

I can see how that would be the case. Luckily I had WP7 and the Trophy in my head. I went to 3 stores to find 2 of them. The salesman was trying to convince me to get a Droid 3. It was tempting at buy one get one free, but I liked the Trophy way more.

From all the little hints I keep hearing dropped here and there, I'm willing to bet if you VZW peeps have the patience to hold out until CES next month that Verizon and Nokia might have a pleasant little surprise for you.

I just read that verizon wont let another WP7 device drop without 4g on it, period. Having said that, "I heard", well who knows. So if this is correct there is probably like a month till CES, a month till announcement, a month or two till it actually hits... so March or April. Wow, the speed of business... forgive my disdain and frustration but... meh... if I could trade or sell my verizon account i would all 5 lines for AT&T. Maybe the service is worse, but compared to what? I'm not the difference is as expansive as is claimed anymore.

Well...there is also a rumor that Nokia is releasing an LTE Windows Phone very soon (sometime Jan '12). I think the wind is at the back of WP7 at this point. Things are heating up and I think 2012 will be a banner year for WP7.

Currently Nokia is testing both a Verizon and ATT 4G version of the Lumia 800; but that's no guarantee.

I feel confident that Verizon and Nokia will ANNOUNCE something great at CES. I just have my doubts that we will see anything that we can actually buy before the end of summer. If the nice little surprise is that they will be selling a new Nokia 800 or 900 next week, THAT truly would be a surprise to me.
