Newbie to Nokia Lumia 635

Hello People,

I just purchased this phone 2 days ago from Best Buy on the ATT network.

Some things that I cannot figure out..

How do you change the colors of the individual tiles? Most of mine are black or gray.

The picture that I added as background is not showing up.

Cortana spoke the first time I used her and only texts now, no talk.

Im sure that there are some easy fixes but Im not that computer savvy.

I appreciate any help that you may be able to provide.

You cannot change the color of each tile, they all follow the same color or are transparent if you use a photo as a background, some apps however do have a fixed color. (Unless you meant something else)

What picture are you trying to add in exactly? (You can insert your image here by clicking on the Insert Image button, the button that looks like a tree within a frame)

The Cortana issue I don't remember exactly what's causing her to not say anything, Cortana did that too me as well for a day then it started to talk again.
