That's right! Newegg.com has the black and blue versions of the Verizon HTC 8x for $129.99 on contract regardless if it's a new line of service or upgrade. One caveat though. It does state that it will ship when available so who knows how long that will take.

only problem is i want to keep my current grandfathered data plan. looks like i can't do that through 3rd parties. i guess i have to pay the full $250 and do it through tmobile customer service
