Weave is not in the store in Denmark? I have purchased it in app store and now it's disappeared, can anyone tell me why?

They were sued for trademark infringement, so they pulled the app from the store.

i use nextgen reader, i had weave,phonly....and nextgen syncs with my windows pc perfectly,very simple to use,and a nice metro look
