People are confused with the term 'RTM' being used for build 10586.. 10586 is RTM build for 950/950xl/550 and other oems which are releasing windows 10 mobile.. The current lumias will get 1 or 2 builds more before official release

Idk when its coming.. It should come this week.. But there's no leak of next build till now.. So can't guarantee that it will come this week

If you read articles there is a (possible) .73 coming up this week or so for non PC insiders so mobile should be soon after..

In fact, when you were referring to build 10586, which one you didn't want exactly? There are AFAIK different release of 10586:

10586.00
10586.11
10586.29
10586.36
10586.63

Well if you only said you ain't interested in build 10536, there's probably gonna be a rather long wait for you....

Lots of tech sites are saying 10586.71 will be released tomorrow to new Lumias, 950's etc., (if not on Insider Program). No word for certain if it will be release to old Windows Phone via the Window Insider Program. But I hope so!!!
