Nextgen Reader doesn't show pictures from Windows Central

I'm using Nextgen Reader to read articles from Windows Central. About 2 weeks ago I've noticed that Windows Central's articles contain gray rectangles instead of pictures. I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one affected because clean installation of Windows didn't fix the problem. I've already written to NGreader team about this problem, they haven't responded yet. Maybe IT guys from Windows Central should take a look at this, too?
