Just noticed that videos on NHL.com are now playable on my Lumia 1020. Used to not work.

Was it a change from Flash to HTML5?

Was always viewable from iPhone which doesn't have flash, so I am assuming that the site is recognizing the browser correctly.

What I do is use an app called WebApps. You can then search for NHL an pin NHL.com to your home screen. It just opens up the site but without web browser boaders etc. Good enough for most of the time.

Excellent! I read they were doing some changes to their player, didn't realize it would start working on WP8.

"This content requires the Adobe Flash Player" To bad Gamecenter Live on nhl.com won't work. They have an app for BB but not for W8 They don't even have a mobile version of NHL.com, what's up with that...?
