Nice case to make the phone more comfortable to hold?

I just received confirmation from Microsoft Store that two Incipio Octane cases (black for me and blue for wife) have shipped.

Hey, can you post pics and impressions of the Incipio Octane cases when you get the chance? I'd appreciate it.

I normally get and really like the Incipio feather cases, but they're not available (at least not right now) for the Lumia 830. The feather cases are real thin and have a good texture to them. I'm wondering how the Octane case compares.

Thanks.

I bought the incipio case off the at&t website. It's a great case and perfect for the 830 imo. And it was only 20 bucks. I prefer all black phones so the black case works for me

Does the black completely cover the metal portion of the phone? I have a silver metal trim on my 830.

This is fascinating to me. I came from a Samsung Galaxy S3 which I dropped a million times due to the curved sides. The 830 is THE best phone I've had, in terms of "in hand feel". To each his own, I guess.

I received mine in green last week and while it's comfortable enough to hold I've been having issues with the case being too snug on the phone. It seems to hold down the power button sometimes and causes other random errors to occur while using. I've tried reseating it and even stretching it out a bit but it still causes issues with my 830. I'm returning it to the Microsoft Store this weekend and looking for something else.

I wish there were some surround bumpers , I don't want the shinning back is hidden. But do need some silicon/rubber around easier to hold.

i just received my IMAK CASE from ebay.. fits nicely...light..and thin does a great job ..its clear too so we can still see the lumia and the phone is much less slippery

Are you referring to the Incipio Octane case? I just got mine today from the Microsoft Store. So far I haven't experienced any of the problems you mentioned. I did notice that I hardly have to apply any pressure to use the buttons though. I also have the Incipio NGP case that AT&T sells. That one is made entirely of a flexible (I guess TPU) material. Fits really well and the buttons work great. I think I like how the buttons feel on the NGP case a little better. Requires a tiny bit more pressure to push, so I get a little more feedback with those buttons than with the Octane buttons. You should check out the Incipio NGP case. AT&T sells them online and in stores.
