I get no audio a lot playing back videos on the official fb app. What's causing this?

sound settings are okay?
And any settings in the app about sound volume?

As far as I know there are no settings for sound in the app and it happens randomly when I click to play a video. Sometimes there's no volume, sometimes there is.

This is the most annoying problem. I can't be the only one with it.
