No audio with Microsoft Store app previews

Hello, On all my Windows 10 devices (Desktop), the preview for games in the Microsoft Store have no sound. If I play a trailer from the store, sound plays, but not in the upper portion of a game's page where it plays preview. If I open the volume mixer, it shows sound (the up and down sound bars) for the Microsoft Store, but no sound. All other apps, games, music, etc have sound.

I've tried Windows 10 PCs in the Microsoft Store too. Does anyone have any idea why there is no sound during game previews in the Microsoft Store App?
