No Black update after factory reset on 520

We have a spare phone, Lumia 520. It had the Black update on it until I did a factory reset on it. Now it doesn't.
It is on GiffGaff, UK.

Is is just a matter of Updates playing catchup and will turn up after a few days??.

The phone has 8 on it- not bothered about the 8.1 yet.
Also, when I have logged in to Nokia on the 520, I put a short but awkward password in, but then when I check it again, the password blockouts have increased in number---is that normal. Lost count of how many times I have entered that password, lol. :smile:

It is as simple as downloading the updated software from Nokia.

Thanks. It was saying phone up to date earlier- now Black has turned up. All hunky dory now
