No Bluetooth Entry in Device Manager

Greetings,

I recently built a new system (MSI B450 Tomahawk, Windows 10 from MS Store). In trying to run a bluetooth headset to connect to the new system so that I can listen to podcasts and what have you over the headset, there's no Bluetooth entry in the Device Manager, hence no bluetooth access for the headset. I'm not sure how to fix this. Any ideas?

Does your PC have Bluetooth hardware installed? You can get a Bluetooth USB dongle and try that to see if it works, if so, then it's the hardware.

Did you look at the specs for the board?
"The MSI B350 TOMAHAWK does not have Bluetooth built in, but it does have a Realtek Gigabit LAN connection on the back I/O panel for Ethernet."

So it sounds like you don't have any Bluetooth hardware. In that case, a USB Bluetooth dongle should work instead.
