No call recording since updating to 10586.7, how can I fix this?

I was using call recording on my 950xl until I updated to the latest insider preview. Now in settings. phone, I have no compatible app it says to record, despite having the native voice recorder installed. A soft reset did not help. Any ideas? EDIT sorry I have posted twice, just noticed my original post has went through before I registered.

One other attempt is to perform a hard reset, which will erase all your data. But if the call recording feature isn't really that important for you, then you may just use the Windows Feedback app to report (or UpVote) the issue.
