"No cloud streaming" in 8.1

Hello all,

I thought via Settings->Applications, or in Xbox Music, I can tell it to NOT stream music from the cloud. After the
upgrade to 8.1, I don't see this option....

Did I miss it?

Open the Music app, and on the bottom right hand corner, tap the "..." Then go to settings. You should see it there.
