No Cortana for Lumia 920 running 8.1 Cyan?

I have a Nokia Lumia 920, running 8.1 Cyan. However, I don't get Cortana on it. Following are my settings -

Keyboard -
English, Hindi

Region -
India, English (India)

Speech -
English (United Kingdom)
Speech recognition service enabled.

If you haven't figured already, I am using it in India, which on Microsoft's website shows is supported under Cortana.

Please help. Thanks!

ps: Make sure you are enabled cortana & gps in settings.

India and other countries like the UK require 8.1 Update 1, which is current in the Preview for Developers program and part of an upcoming update which should begin rolling out within a month or two. (although I'm guessing on that timeframe, we really don't know yet)

Of course, there's always the US region workaround if you so desire.
