No Cortana on 1020 in UK: how do I get it?

I have a lumia 1020 and am on 8.1 cyan but no signs of cortana. Is she still not available in the UK?

It is only available for handsets running the developer preview version of WP 8.1 GDR1

Yep, Denim + GDR1 will still, apparently, start to roll out to consumers at the end of this year for some phones (930, 1520, 630), and if that does happen I'd expect the 1020 to follow shortly after in early January.
