No Cortana on Windows phone 8.1 after update

Hello! I make preview for developers update and after I set US region and English for US and after reboot I didn't find Cortana.
What can I do?

Yes, I selected keyboard, language, region and speech for US.
Date and time are selected for US.
What can I do?

I had this issue also, reset your phone, go back to settings and set it to US again, then you have to press the reset button on that page.

I had the same problem, and although I had "English U.S." as one of my languages, Cortana only showed up when I moved it to the top of the list, that is, to first place.

When I purchased my phone it came with Contana. I mistakenly turned on a command the wouldn't let me do anything unless I double clicked on something. I had a password set on my screen so I couldn't get back in. I had to restore to factory default and now I don't have Contana or some of the other features I had before the restore.
