No 'Get Windows 10' icon in the system try?

Windows Central Question

Alright guys,
I want to reserve a copy on windows 10, I know my system is well above the requirements.
I have a genuine copy of windows 7.
But I have no upgrade icon.
I have restarted my computer a few times and I have installed every update that is currently available.
Still no icon.
Any idea if there is any way to get this thing to show up?
