No "Get Windows 10" Tray Icon

Hey,
I've installed Windows 8.1 Pro (Genuine) on my Laptop with an i7-2630QM and a Nvidia GeForce GT555M. I have installed the updates KB3035583 and KB2976978. My problem is that I can't see the Windows 10 tray icon and I also tried the Win10Fix Tool.
Can anybody help me?

The OS isn't freshly installed. I've installed it a couple months ago
