No HERE Drive on WP8.1 developer preview?

Regarding the bluetooth problems isn't it possible to only stream the music to you car speakers (have seen this on my bt headset). Maybe there is a bug in the app, but this could be a solution until they have solved the bug.

Does anyone know how to prevent Here Drive from losing GPS signal (thus interrupting my turn-by-turn navigation) when turning off the screen (standby)? I made sure app is running in background and tried messing with the battery saver settings within the app itself.

You're doing it right, three only difference in my setup is a case power adapter supplying charge

I've same problem. Lumia 720 Italia. SO wp 8.10.xxx

Sorry that was car power adapter, autocorrected to case. I have mine plugged into a 2 amp cigarette USB outlet when I turn off the screen or navigate to a new app.

You are on a route and haven't changed the background settings in assuming.

If I'm not on a route with the default settings for me it sleeps too.

Just tested again not in the car, setup a random route and turned off the screen waited a bit turned out back on and no GPS issues.

Battery saver and location are turned on.

You are describing the red message signal lost right? I've only seen that one or twice since here drive+ launched

Yes, when I turn off the screen, wait a few and turn back on, the red "GPS Signal Lost" message flashes. But during the time while I have the screen off, Here Drive seems to stop providing me directions.

I updated to WP8.1 and did a hard reset. Seems to have solved the issue for me.
