No internet during phone call

Hi guys, I am always connected to both WiFi and mobile/4G net, however when I'm making a phone call or get one everything disappear and I cannot use the net while talking, and as soon the call is over everything returns again. Is it any way I can talk on the phone and browse internet on the Lumia at the same time?

Strange but my internet works fine while on the call. I get emails & notifications too.
