Why Lumia 638 not get Windows 10 update in India .?

Have you tried the update advisor app?
Your carrier may be the roadblock unless your phone is unlocked.

My phone unlocked version but I am not get win10 OTA update. And Microsoft OTA update list says. Lumia 638 your phone is eligible for an upgrade to Windows 10.... In China Lumia 638 get win10 update and in India nothing happened.. Plz tell me why........
