No ringtones are heard

Nokia Lumia 630 Since a serious battery drain, I haven't been able to get my ringtones to work. Vibrate does work.

Have you tried a soft reset?

Sometimes what happens is that it get's stuck in headphone only mode and "ringer on" gets bugged so that doesn't work. Usually a soft reset - (hold the volume down + power button until phone reboots) resolves this issue.

You need to create a thread in the specific forum section and not cross post.

Secondly, the Lumia 520 is a very old phone and will not be officially getting the Windows 10 update.

There are methods to installing Windows 10 on the 520 however chances of damaging the phone are fairly high if you do not know what you are doing.
