No Start Up Sound!!!

For all this time with a windows phone, only now noticed that when I restart that there's no startup sound like that on a PC. If we're talking about going all in for UWP, why isn't there something as simple as a start up or shutdown sound for our phones?

A startup sound has been on the way out for a while now, ever since Windows 8 on the desktop. It has little effect and would only serve to annoy people who want a quiet phone if they didn't mute the phone before shutting off.

You can enable a start up sound if you want but on some computers due to a bug, it causes a delay. Maybe they'll fix the bug in the future?

Mobile OSes doesn't have startup or shutdown sound.

Not true... My LG G4 had start up/shutdown sounds while my Huawei P20 Pro just during start up.

Yes we are fully aware of that... Was just correcting you generalized statement and pointing out that "some" mobile OSes CAN have startup/shutdown sounds.
