No Store notifications after hard reset

Sure, MS account OK, Store and downloads/updates works fine, just no notifications. There is no options for Store in Notification settings at all.

When you open the store app, are there settings there?
If not I give up. I can't even Google it because I've no clue what model phone you're even talking about.
So that's all I've got.
