No update found (12397 to 12400)

Apparently Microsoft says you may have to downgrade before updating to Cyan, with this new OS build. I wouldn't have even updated if id read that first. There's nothing special about this minor update

Cyan is not out yet for most people so don't waste your time downgrading. I'm sure they will fix it by the time Cyan is rolled out to all devices.

Still no update available for me. I'm in New Zealand and have a Samsung ATIV S running WP8.1 DP (8.1.12397.895) Last checked 5 minutes ago, been no updates available since I upgraded to 8.1 about a month ago... will MS every get this fixed?
