No UV readings?

Hey.

I got a replacement Band 2 last week after my GPS died. The GPS seems to work but today I tried to do several UV checks and got a UV Level of 0 (none) "No UV detected". My old band always picked up at least a Level of 1 (low) regardless of sun or cloud. Today on a clear 80F warm day I'd expect that it'd at least be Level 1.

Has anyone ever seen a UV Level 0 readout before?

tried updating the band
And where is the sensor located? Could it be blocked or dirty at that spot?
