No video uploads

Ok so currently there is no way to upload videos from Windows phone 8.1 to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram correct?

Not entirely correct. I don't know of any app that could do this right now, but you can definitely do it through IE. I've just tested it with Facebook. I loaded the website (notice that it defaults to mobile, but you can switch to desktop view), hit the "photos/videos" button, tapped "upload photo/video" and picked "phone" from the list. I was then able to access every video I have stored on my device.

I just posted this same question (didn't see this post), but I am specifically looking for twitter options, and I'm willing to use a third party workaround (upload to another site, then link via twitter). Problem is, I'm not sure of anything, besides OneDrive (and facebook website), that lets me upload videos.

U can upload videos to facebook using the app itself.
Click the photo icon n it gives u option to upload photos and videos.
Don't know about others like instagram or twitter.
