No visual voicemail on the Titan?

Is there no visual voicemail on the Titan? I though mango had that feature? Am I just not seeing how to set it up?

Yes it is available on Mango, but it has to be enabled by the carriers.

Thanks! I just called ATT and they dont support visual voicemail for Windows Phones. Every day I find a new reason to hate ATT. I cant wait to other carriers start getting more Windows Phones.

you can use govoice. its google voice mail and it works really good.

Like everyone else, I tried to get some info. from AT&T on this and they were not so helpful.

However, for every AT&T problem I've had, I've actually gotten solutions from their CustomerCare twitter account:

While they haven't helped me out w/ the visual voicemail yet, perhaps if enough of us start hitting them up there we might see some more results.

I posted to their Twitter about the slowness of the shipment of my phone and got no response. I find more success in their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ATT). I actually got a response from one of their Social Media guys who called me and got my Titan to me MUCH quicker than if I'd kept waiting.

So hit 'em both up, I think.

I posted on the twitter as well. Got a response from her saying, "We have no information about when that will be available." I sent a reply to that asking who is "We"? I asked why if ATT does not have the information who else at ATT could have info.

I would've guessed twitter would've produced a better result than facebook, but hey whatever works!

I just installed MagikMail (in conjunction with YouMail) to do VVM....seems to work pretty well...took a few minutes to download/configure, but seems to fill the void (until ATT gets their act together) fairly well....
