NO VVM OR updated store 14342.1003

Finally resetup windows insider fast configuration after getting my phone back from warranty repair. Updated to the lasted redstone build from 10.586.318 but dont see any visual voicemail option in the phone app nor do i see the new store layout and no updates for either show up in the sotre. Anyone have any suggestions to get them ro what happened?

First of all have you tried a soft reboot?

There was a weird glitch with the flash light quick action which came back after a soft reboot.

Also check your APN / phone settings.

The other things I can think of is to:

Check again for an update, there was a cumulative patch that was rolled out recently that may help.

Or going to the slow ring build from 10.586.318 then the fast ring may fix it.
