No wallpaper

Is there a way to set the wallpaper to none? I've looked for this all over and can't find it. I'm not sure if it's even there.

You could always just put a solid black (or white, purple, whatever) image on your phone and then set that as the lockscreen wallpaper... You can make one really quick in your favorite image editor (even MS Paint).

I'd still have to swipe up to get to the phone's menus. I want it where as soon as I hit the power button to wake up the phone, I'm at the menu screen.
