No wifi connection

I deleted the drivers of my dell laptop by mistake and now it doesn't connect to a wireless network. I used the computer in my work and downloaded the drivers but when I tried to install it keeps saying compatibility issues. What should I do guys?
 
Did you use the 8.1 driver and not WIN 7?
