I'm kind of amazed that we're up to build 10166 on mobile and the preview still doesn't support ANY 4GB Windows Handsets.
There simply isn't enough storage available on the handsets to facilitate an upgrade. Installing any Windows 10 Insider Build on any of these handsets will soft-brick your device and you will have to reset it using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool.
This issue affects the following Windows Handsets:
Unless Microsoft has allows provision for installing the update from an SD Card or through a PC utility I cannot see Windows 10 Mobile launching for 4GB Handsets.
