I totally share your FRUSTRATION. First of all you cannot get a qualified English speaking agent,so you spend 2 hours saying "What did you say? Also If your computer came with Win 8.1,& it works fine, don't, by any means do the free,or not free, update to Win 10. HP & M S are not user friendly. For a price ($$$$),they will take over control of your computer and fix your problem(Maybe!!) My Win 10 fingerprint log on was working fine,them one day when I went to log on, there was no Hello screen & no fingerprint ID reader. That's because,while you were sleeping, MS or HP does updates to your computer and now you have problems that you didn't have before. IF IT'S WORKING FINE, DON'T LET THEM DO ANY UPDATES!! Check them out and do them yourself.:angry:
