Releasing Windows 12 so soon would be admitting that Windows 11 is a failure. Since MS has thrown so much "AI" junk into Windows 11, there is no chance of Windows 12 already.

Because that would also mean that "AI" is a failure. Which it obviously is, but MS is not ready to admit that either.
