Noaki Lumia 800 repair

I recently got my Nokia lumia 800 repaired. By a family member, lets say a tiny crack appeared and the screen not fully in. But the fauly battery block was replaced. It is charging but a little loose still and the earpeice does not seem overly clear. I may have well the warranty is voided. Is there anything i can do. The person tried to take the screen has caused soem scuffs to the housing unit on the right side. Which was not there before. Is there anyway to get a repair from Nokia? Has anyone been able to repair there phone?

Warranty has been voided by opening up the handset. Nokia may repair/exchange but i'd imagine either would be chargeable.
