nokia 1020 micro pb

Hi,

I have a problem.
When i record a video sound is bugged. Impossible to hear correctly audio.
When i speak on skype with friend he can't hear me like pshiiiiii...pshiii...
How can i repair it?
On the 1020 motherboard where are localized two micro (one for video and one for speak)?

Where can i buy them? Can i see pictures of these hardwares?

The mic ports may be plugged with debris or dirt.
Skin oils can pack the tiny ports and cause reduced sound levels.

As you can hear the sound is bad. same as when i make a call or speak with skype.

Where are localized the two lumia 1020 (video and call) micros on this picture?
