I have tried all buttons as suggested in all the posts however my phone will not come on. It all started earlier this week, it never did it before and I had the phone for the last 18 months. I am not app person, do not play games on it but I love taking photos so this phone was perfect for me.
It all started earlier in the week, the alarm had gone off and I dismissed it and it froze. I did that time manage to reset the phone with the buttons after 5 hours of trying managed to back things up and just got on with it. Unfortunately yesterday morning it froze again and I have not been able to restart it.
Please help, I am quite happy with the phone and I don't fancy paying hundreds for new one if its a software issue. Could I get a free repair if its a software bug doing this? Where can I go?
