Nokia 1520 - Cannot access to Display settings (WP 8.1 Developer preview)

Hi, everyone.
I am not able to access Display settings on Nokia 1520, running WP 8.1. developer preview.
1. Navigate to Settings
2. Navigate to Display
Results:
Nothing happens. I am redirected back to Settings menu

I tried turning a phone off and on as well as soft reset.

Any suggestions?

Same prob after installing new black update on Lumia 625. Just do the factory setting. Dont forget to backup your data.

Well, that's a catch! I am sick and tired of factory resetting a phone with each update delivered!
It is really so annoying to make me consider should I stay with WP.

Try reinstalling the display app from the store...
