Nokia 435 Sync unwanted

[Windows Central Question]

I added a game onto my wife's phone but she didn't have a gmail account so I used mine after the game downloaded it worked fine .
But all my contacts from my phone appeared on her phone so she deleted them of her phone and now I have lost all my contacts on my phone.
I have been through my Microsoft account and deleted her phone from my account.
and I have disabled sync on both phones.
Is there a way to recover my phone numbers (315 of them).

you could check in your account on a browser on a pc but most likely they are gone. Sorry about that
