Nokia 520 device driver HELP

ATTENTION!!!! SOLVED! NOKIA LUMIA 520 DRIVER HAS A PROBLEM, ERROR CODE 1, 10
I have the same problem before and everything in google does not help my problem...so i try a solution for myself without any guide of google..
1) Go to Device Manager
2) expand Portable Devices
3) you will see your phone listed under Portable Devices, RIGHT CLICK on it and click UNINSTALL
4) a small window will pop-up saying "Warning: you are about to uninstall this device from your System"
CHECK BOX "Delete the driver software for this device" and click OK...
5) UNPLUG your phone and PLUG it again...
DONE! Driver successfully installed

I tried all this and this don't works for me.

I've Windows 7 SP1 x64.

Having the same problem with my new Lumia 1520. It was fine last week but now when I connect it, my windows Vista OS is not recognizing it. It says "this device cannot start" in the device manager. I tried reinstalling the driver and it still didn't work. Now I restarted the phone while it is connected to the computer and it reinstalled the driver again and now the computer is recognizing it.

I tried it on Windows 7, but problem not solved. I installed Windows 8.1 Pro x64 and problem solved.
