Nokia 623 Loss of files

I've suddenly lost all my contacts, photos, calendar, call list etc. It's as if my whole desktop has been wiped. Can anyone advise on how to restore the system please?

did you do a factory reset?

you contacts are backed up on your email account - so if yuo sign back into your email account, your contacts and sms will sync back. Same thing with calendar. If you had auto upload of photos to onedrive enabled, then your photos will be in onedrive

did your apps also get wiped?
