nokia 820 phone windows 8.1 release update stops e-mail & messaging do not update your phone!

Updated nokia 820 to the new 8.1 software, messaging internet all lost. resetting phone will not work, the fix I got from bt works intermittent via Wifi,
Now moving all my communications over to android!
No more mobile windows fracking crap!

I have had no such problem. Am quite satisfied with update AND Cortana.
