Nokia 909 in about section

So my friend has a 1020 and when we connect the phone to a pc or he shares his internet the name of phone appears to be Nokia 909 (altough it appears "Windows Phone" in pc but model number is Nokia 909 (no lumia name ) ) Also in The about section it still apears to be nokia 909. Is that normal. Does your 1020 shows the same?

Yes it's normal, every 1020 shows the 909.

Like Harrie-S has stated it's normal. The device was known internally as 909 probably because the phone it replaced was the 808. But by the time the phone was released the number had been changed to 1020. So 909 == 1020
